Role Overvie

wLead end-to-end Salesforce implementation and digital transformation projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards. Act as the primary client contact while managing cross-functional teams in Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall environments

.Key Responsibilitie

• sManage Salesforce implementation, enhancement, and support projects from initiation to delivery
• .Define project scope, plans, budgets, resources, risks, and governance
• .Lead client communication, workshops, executive reporting, and stakeholder management
• .Drive Agile ceremonies, release planning, and cross-functional team collaboration
• .Oversee project financials, resource utilization, quality, compliance, and continuous improvement

.Required Qualification

• sBachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related field
• .8–12 years of project management experience, including 3–5 years managing Salesforce projects
• .Experience in consulting/professional services and Agile delivery
• .PMP, Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, and Salesforce certifications preferred

• sSalesforce (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud), project governance, enterprise integrations, and data migration
