Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams and successfully deliver technology and business projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, stakeholder expectations, and delivery governance while ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements
• Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and leadership
• Track project progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders
• Ensure project governance, quality standards, and compliance with organizational processes
• Facilitate project meetings, sprint planning, retrospectives, and steering committee updates where applicable
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Drive continuous process improvements and ensure successful project delivery

• Project management methodologies: Agile OR Scrum OR Kanban OR Waterfall OR Hybrid

• Risk Management AND Issue Management AND Change Management
• Budget Management AND Resource Planning AND Capacity Planning
• Stakeholder Management AND Executive Communication AND Vendor Management
• Project Planning AND Project Execution AND Project Monitoring AND Project Closure
• Strong leadership, negotiation, decision-making, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and cross-functional teams

• PM certifications: PMP OR PRINCE2 OR PMI-ACP OR Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) OR SAFe Agilist
• Experience with Confluence OR SharePoint OR Microsoft Teams OR Slack
• Knowledge of SDLC OR DevOps OR CI/CD practices
• Experience with project financial forecasting and reporting
• Exposure to cloud-based projects (AWS OR Azure OR Google Cloud Platform (GCP))
• Familiarity with IT governance and compliance frameworks
• Experience working in Agile transformation or digital transformation initiatives

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• 6–11 years of experience in project management, preferably in IT or technology-driven environments
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
• Ability to lead distributed and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
