Role Description The Senior Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for leading sales efforts, managing key client relationships, and driving revenue growth across residential and commercial real estate portfolios. Day-to-day activities include identifying new business opportunities, conducting site visits, preparing and delivering sales presentations, negotiating deals, and ensuring smooth closure of transactions. The Senior Sales Manager will guide and mentor the sales team, monitor performance metrics, and collaborate closely with marketing and operations to align sales strategies with overall business goals. The role also involves staying current with local market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to support informed sales decisions.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Strong real estate sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client acquisition, and deal negotiation.
- Experience in team leadership and people management, with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop sales professionals.
- Proficiency in communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to build trust-based relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Comfort with data-driven decision-making, including use of CRM tools, sales analytics, and market research to plan and track performance.
- Solid understanding of local real estate market dynamics, property valuation, and transaction processes in Hyderabad.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field; an MBA or relevant certification in real estate is an advantage.
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets in real estate or a closely related industry.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high professional standards and ethical practices.
