Job Title - Director - Sales Strategy

Location - Pune



Job Description -

We are looking for an experienced and strategic business leader to head our Sales Strategy function and drive sustainable revenue growth across our residential and commercial portfolio. This leadership role will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, business planning, pricing and inventory management, sales analytics, forecasting, and market intelligence to maximize project performance and profitability.

The ideal candidate will combine strong commercial acumen with a data-driven approach to influence key business decisions and work closely with the leadership team to shape Krisala's future growth strategy.


Roles & Responsibilities -

  • Develop and execute organization-wide sales strategies aligned with business objectives, revenue targets, and long-term growth plans.
  • Drive project-wise sales planning, pricing strategy, inventory management, demand forecasting, and revenue optimization initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, competition, and macro-economic factors to identify business opportunities and recommend strategic interventions.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, CRM, Channel Sales, Finance, and Business Heads to ensure effective execution of sales strategies and successful project launches.
  • Build robust MIS, sales dashboards, forecasting models, and performance reports to enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Monitor key sales metrics, identify performance gaps, and recommend corrective strategies to improve sales velocity and profitability.
  • Lead strategic initiatives around product positioning, go-to-market planning, sales process improvements, and business expansion opportunities.
  • Present business insights, market intelligence, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership to support organizational decision-making.
  • Mentor and develop the Sales Strategy team while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, accountability, and high performance.



Must-Have Skills-

  • Prior experience in the Real Estate industry with exposure to residential and commercial developments.
  • Proven expertise in Real Estate Sales Strategy, Business Planning, Revenue Management, and Sales Analytics.
  • Strong experience in pricing strategy, inventory planning, sales forecasting, and revenue optimization.
  • Excellent analytical and business problem-solving capabilities with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
  • Strong understanding of market research, consumer behavior, and competitive intelligence.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple business functions.
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, presentation, and strategic thinking abilities.


Preferred Skills-

  • 10–15+ years of experience in Sales Strategy, Business Strategy, Commercial Excellence, or Revenue Management.
  • Experience managing strategy across multiple projects, business units, or regions.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, business intelligence tools, dashboards, and sales reporting.
  • MBA from a reputed institute with strong business and commercial orientation will be an added advantage.


Educational Background -

  • MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, Strategy, Finance, or a related discipline from a recognized institution preferred.
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Economics, or a related field from an AICTE-approved and/or UGC-recognized institution.
