We create unique programs across international destinations combining travel, experiences, and events to deliver powerful engagement for corporate teams.


The Opportunity:


We are looking for a high-energy Corporate Sales Manager to drive the growth of our Incentive Travel, Corporate Offsites, and MICE business in the Delhi NCR market. This is a frontline business development role for someone who thrives on building relationships with corporates, spotting opportunities, and closing high-value deals.

You will work closely with HR leaders, CXOs, Admin Heads, and Marketing teams to design inspiring travel programs that reward teams and build stronger organizations.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Corporate Business Development

• Identify and acquire new corporate clients for incentive travel, leadership retreats, conferences, and team offsites.

• Develop strong relationships with HR, Admin, Procurement, and Leadership teams across corporates in Delhi NCR.

• Prospect companies across industries including IT, Pharma, Consulting, Manufacturing, BFSI, and Startups.

  • Sales & Revenue Growth

• Build and manage a robust pipeline of corporate opportunities.

• Convert opportunities into confirmed business through consultative selling.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

  • Client Relationship Management

• Understand client objectives and recommend creative incentive and offsite solutions.

• Present destination ideas, travel concepts, and experience-based programs.

• Build long-term relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.

  • Proposal Development

• Work closely with the product and operations teams to create compelling proposals and itineraries.

• Ensure programs are aligned with client goals, budgets, and timelines.

  • Market Development

• Track trends in corporate travel, incentives, and experiential events.

• Identify emerging sectors and growing companies for business development.


Experience:

• 5–8 years’ experience in Corporate Sales / MICE / Travel / Events / Hospitality

• Experience handling corporate clients in Delhi NCR

• Strong business development and negotiation skills

• Excellent presentation and communication abilities

• Ability to engage with senior decision makers

• Energetic with a strong “hunter” mindset
