Job Title : Associate Finance

Exp: 2- 5 Years

Qualification: B.com/MBA/CA Inter

Role Overview :

• The position will be reporting to Regional Finance Head and responsible for asset management.
• Should work towards delivering management set targets on collection and Formula Reserve Reversals (Provision for Bad dept).
• Role will require doing regular asset reviews with operational teams, accounts reconciliation, meeting customers and keeping all accounts ledgers updated accurately always along with all other allied activities.
  
  

On a typical day you will:

• Preparing Asset file and distribution to Service & shared service Teams.
• Preparing and Publishing MIS and Dashboards on FR and collection.
• Various exception reports and billing register analysis to reduce turnback in invoicing
• Conduct and drive monthly asset meeting with Area Managers & CSE’s involving Regional Heads and Genpact persons and weekly follow up and assessment.
• Setting collection targets for the month.
• Escalation of issues for non-collection to respective Service Heads.
• Working towards PA pending resolutions, Approval of Price adjustments on system.
• Focus on monitoring and developing process to collect old receivables and ensure improvement in formula reserve. Formula Reserve Forecasting.
• UNCR adjustments/Write off entries in system.
• Coordinating with various departments (HO/Tax/sales/Managers/shared service) for resolution of issues identified in reviews
• Monitoring and development of process for reduction in unapplied cash levels and adjustments with invoices raised.
• Monitoring of receivables in adverse aging categories & initiating and / or suggesting action plans for liquidation of the same. Obtaining Credit notes and correct billing for services not rendered. Getting manual credit requests approved.
• Close monitoring and Accounting of 26AS / GST TDS.
• Ensuring Invoices reach customers in timely manner.
• Customer Ledger Reconciliation.
• Meeting with customer for account reconciliations and GST related issues.
• Work on process improvements time to time.
  
  

What You Will Need to be Successful:

• 2-6 years of experience working in finance, accounts, taxation.
• Working knowledge of excel, commercial, accounting and taxation concepts.
• Good communication skill
• Interest in meeting and working with people.
• Willingness to travel throughout East India
