- Achieve 15 client meetings & 5 sales closures/month
- Ensure 100 calls/day (self/team-driven)
- Attend & manage client site visits; conduct 15 verified visits/month
- Verify all client & broker meetings for quality leads
- Empanel 5 new channel partners/month
- Mentor and guide tele-sales team on sales & product knowledge
- Monitor team performance (calls, meetings, follow-ups)
- Maintain strong client relationships & ensure satisfaction
- Track market trends & competitor activities
- Share regular reports with business heads
Key Skills:
- 5–10+ years in real estate sales
- Strong team handling & leadership skills
- Excellent communication & negotiation abilities
- Target-driven with proven sales performance
