Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Publishing

• Upload 5 legal articles daily on Corrida Legal’s website
• Publish 1 selected article daily across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms
• Prepare and publish 2 LinkedIn long-form articles per week
• Create and publish:
• 5 carousels per week
• 5 videos per week (reels/shorts)
• Maintain accurate publishing trackers aligned with targets

Social Media Management

• Manage Corrida Legal’s presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Medium
• Cross-post all content across platforms in a timely manner
• Use tools (Buffer, Publer, etc.) for scheduling and automation
• Track and improve follower growth across platforms

SEO & Website Management

• Implement basic on-page SEO for all published content
• Upload and track pages on Google Search Console
• Identify and resolve indexing or duplication issues
• Generate and track backlinks from external platforms
• Monitor domain authority and SEO performance

Email Marketing & Newsletter

• Maintain and update email lists
• Execute periodic newsletters (articles, updates, client alerts)

Design & Visuals

• Create basic creatives for:
• Articles
• Carousels
• Videos
• Maintain organized asset folders

AI & Tools

• Use AI tools for content repurposing and publishing efficiency
• Assist in improving content workflows and execution speed

Vendor Coordination

• Coordinate with SEO agencies, designers, and other vendors
• Track deliverables and report status

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain a master document with all trackers, links, and processes
• Record SOPs for recurring tasks
• Provide daily updates and weekly performance reports

Key Requirements

• Working knowledge of SEO and content publishing
• Experience with CMS (WordPress or similar)
• Familiarity with social media platforms and tools
• Basic design capability (Canva or similar)
• Strong execution and reporting discipline

Nature & Compensation

• Full-time role
• Salary: INR 2,40,000 – INR 4,20,000 per annum - This is take 100 percent home salary with no further tax deduction

Performance Expectation (Non-Negotiable)

• Daily reporting and task completion
• No missed deadlines without prior communication
• Complete ownership of assigned work
