Job Summary


We are hiring a detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator for a non-voice role focused exclusively on offer letter preparation and documentation.


This role is ideal for candidates who have prior experience in recruitment coordination or HR operations and possess a strong eye for detail, accuracy, and process adherence.


Job Details & Compensation


  • Position: Recruitment Coordinator (Non-Voice Process)
  • Experience: 1 – 3 Years
  • Salary: 3.25 – 3.5 LPA
  • Shift: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST
  • Joining: May 2026


Key Responsibilities


  • Prepare and draft offer letters accurately based on provided inputs
  • Ensure all offer details (compensation, role, joining details) are error-free
  • Maintain consistency and formatting standards across all offer documents
  • Coordinate internally for required information to generate offer letters
  • Track and maintain records of issued offer letters
  • Ensure timely delivery of offer letters within defined timelines


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • 1 – 3 years of experience in recruitment coordination / HR operations
  • Prior experience in drafting or issuing offer letters is mandatory
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
