Job Title: Project Manager – BFSI (Wealth & Asset Management)

Location: Mumbai (3 Days WFO)

Job Type: Full-time

Experience Level: 9+years

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related discipline.
9–12 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in BFSI, particularly in Wealth and Asset Management.
Extensive hands-on experience with JIRA, including advanced workflows, dashboards, and custom reporting.
Strong understanding of financial instruments, investment lifecycle, portfolio management, and advisory platforms.
Proven expertise in Agile methodologies; experience running Scrum or Kanban projects.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in mentoring, interviewing, and developing project management talent.
Exposure to digital transformation, cloud migration, or FinTech integrations is a strong plus.
