*Purchase Executive – Industrial Control Panel Manufacturing*

_Work Location: Sriperumbudur SIPCOT | Experience: 5–10 years | CTC: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month_

*About the Role*

We’re looking for a hands-on Purchase Executive to manage procurement for our industrial control panel manufacturing operations. You’ll source materials, negotiate with vendors, and ensure timely availability of components for production.

*Key Responsibilities*

Source and procure electrical components (switchgear, MCCBs, MCBs, relays, contactors, wires, enclosures, etc.)
Identify and develop reliable vendors and negotiate pricing, delivery, and payment terms
Raise purchase orders, track deliveries, and follow up to avoid production delays
Coordinate with engineering & production teams to understand material requirements and specifications
Maintain inventory levels and monitor stock movement
Verify GRNs, invoices, and coordinate with accounts for payment processing
Evaluate vendor performance on quality, cost, and delivery
Handle import documentation if required

*Candidate Profile*

5–10 years experience in purchase/procurement within industrial control panel or electrical equipment manufacturing
Strong knowledge of electrical & automation components and supplier market
Skilled in vendor negotiation, cost analysis, and purchase documentation
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP (Tally or similar)
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
