Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Senior Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in jewellery or luxury retail sales and possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills. The candidate must be confident in handling customers independently, achieving sales targets, and providing a premium buying experience.
Key Resposblities
- Assist customers in selecting Gold, Diamond, Polki, and Silver jewellery based on their preferences and budget.
- Build strong relationships with customers and deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets consistently.
- Generate repeat business through customer follow-ups and relationship management.
- Make a minimum of 30 customer follow-up/connected calls daily.
- Generate 2–3 customer referrals every month.
- Contact previous customers regarding new collections, offers, and festive promotions.
- Promote and enroll customers in the company's Gold Savings Scheme.
- Maintain complete knowledge of all jewellery collections, pricing, and ongoing offers.
- Handle billing assistance, order booking, and customer queries professionally.
- Ensure display counters, jewellery trays, and showcases remain clean and well-presented throughout the day.
- Assist in stock handling, inventory verification, and product movement as required.
- Maintain showroom discipline, grooming standards, and company policies.
- Coordinate with the Store Manager to improve customer satisfaction and sales performance.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in jewellery, luxury retail, apparel, or premium retail sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Basic computer knowledge for billing and CRM operations.
Jewellery Knowledge (Prefered)
Candidates with knowledge of the following will be preferred:
- Gold Jewellery
- Diamond Jewellery
- Polki Jewellery
- Silver Jewellery (92.5 Sterling Silver)
- BIS Hallmarking
- IGI & GIA Certifications
- Jewellery categories, designs, and customer preferences
