Role Description The Senior Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara. This position is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, generating leads, preparing proposals and presentations, delivering product or service demos, and negotiating contracts in line with company policies. The Senior Sales Executive will collaborate with internal teams to align sales activities with marketing and operations, provide regular sales forecasts and reports, and contribute to strategic planning for revenue growth. The role also involves monitoring competitor activity, attending client meetings and industry events, and ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Strong experience in B2B or B2C sales, including lead generation, pipeline management, and deal closure.
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
- Solid skills in negotiation, presentation, and communication, with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, sales reporting systems, and basic MS Office applications for daily activities.
- Background in business, marketing, or a related field; a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Demonstrated capacity to work independently, set priorities, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Experience in the local Vadodara market or similar regions is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel locally for client visits, meetings, and events as required.
