Business Development Executive (Remote | High Incentive | Cybersecurity Services)

Role Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive to help expand our cybersecurity consulting business.

This is a 100% remote role designed for self-driven sales professionals who thrive in a performance-based environment. The position offers a modest fixed salary with an attractive, uncapped incentive structure, rewarding individuals who consistently generate qualified opportunities and contribute to business growth.

The primary objective is to build a strong sales pipeline by identifying prospects, generating qualified leads, scheduling meetings, nurturing opportunities, and supporting deal closures.

The role focuses on selling cybersecurity services, including but not limited to:

  • Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)
  • Penetration Testing
  • Vulnerability Assessments
  • Continuous Security Monitoring
  • Cyber Risk Assessments
  • Information Security Audits
  • Compliance Readiness (ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS, HIPAA, GDPR)
  • Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Consulting
  • Security Advisory Services

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline of qualified prospects.
  • Schedule discovery meetings and product/service demonstrations.
  • Develop relationships with CISOs, CIOs, IT Directors, Procurement teams, and Risk & Compliance professionals.
  • Research target accounts and identify decision-makers.
  • Maintain CRM records and provide weekly pipeline and activity reports.
  • Work closely with technical consultants to prepare proposals and respond to client requirements.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly lead generation and revenue targets.
  • Stay informed about cybersecurity trends, regulatory changes, and competitive offerings.

Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development.
  • Prior experience selling cybersecurity, SaaS, IT services, managed services, consulting, or technology solutions is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong prospecting and pipeline management abilities.
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, email outreach tools, and virtual meeting platforms.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
