Job Title: Business Development Executive / Sales & Marketing Executive – Recruitment Consultancy

About Us
We are a growing recruitment consultancy specializing in IT and Non-IT hiring for clients across various industries. We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive who can drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding our business network.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and client referrals.
- Identify and approach potential clients with IT and Non-IT hiring requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR leaders, Talent Acquisition teams, Hiring Managers, and decision-makers.
- Conduct client meetings to understand hiring needs and present our recruitment and staffing solutions.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close new business deals.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery and exceptional client service.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to client onboarding.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular business development reports.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, hiring demands, and competitor activities.
Required Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, or Staffing Sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and account management.
- Ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and sales outreach platforms.
- Target-driven mindset with excellent relationship-building skills.
Preferred Candidate
- Candidates with prior experience in IT Sales, Staffing Sales, Recruitment Consultancy Sales, or IT Services Sales will be highly preferred.
- Existing network of HR professionals, Talent Acquisition teams, or corporate decision-makers will be an added advantage.
- Experience selling recruitment, staffing, or IT consulting services is highly desirable.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing or Sales is an added advantage.
