Role Description The Senior Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The person in this role will manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting client meetings, and closing deals for business, franchise, and property listings. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, presenting platform solutions, preparing proposals, negotiating commercial terms, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The Senior Sales Executive will track sales activity, maintain accurate records in CRM systems, collaborate with marketing and operations teams, and contribute to achieving revenue targets and market expansion goals.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management, preferably in real estate, franchising, or online marketplace environments.
  • Strong skills in lead generation, prospecting, client engagement, and closing high-value deals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, with a focus on consultative selling.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, understand client needs, and tailor solutions to different business and investment profiles.
  • Comfort with using CRM tools, online platforms, and productivity software to manage pipelines and report performance.
  • Proactive, goal-oriented approach, with strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and contribute to continuous process improvement.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience mentoring junior sales team members and contributing to sales strategy is an advantage.
