Pipeline Management (DealCloud)

  • Partner with deal teams and COOs to maintain accurate, up-to-date, and clean deal pipelines.
  • Create and maintain deals in DealCloud, ensuring required fields and pipeline attributes are captured.
  • Coordinate with COOs to support outreach to deal team members for updates to existing deals (stage, status, timing, ownership, and key details).
  • Manage tags and key datapoints so deal information flows correctly into relevant pipelines and reporting views.
  • Support peripheral deal administration as needed (e.g., NDA tracking, BV submissions, and related operational tasks).
  • Perform periodic pipeline hygiene reviews to identify and remediate stale deals, including outreach to confirm current deal status and close/archive when appropriate.
  • Monitor NDA submissions and inbox workflows to ensure execution dates and related milestones are appropriately tagged and reflected in the CRM.

Entity Management (Data Cortex / Intapp)

  • Support the business and technology teams in aligning entities to appropriate data sources, including Data Cortex, to improve data consistency and usability.
  • Execute entity deduplication efforts and enhance entity records with improved metadata (e.g., identifiers, classifications, relationships).
  • Cleanse and standardize contact names and titles, and ensure contacts are linked to Intapp data where possible to improve integrity across systems.

Relationship Intelligence (Rel Intel)

  • Perform cancelled meeting clean-up to improve the quality of activity and interaction data.
  • Conduct restricted keyword clean-up to ensure interaction data complies with internal standards and is accurately classified.
  • Partner with deal teams and business users to support tagging of interaction/email datapoints, including notes, to improve searchability, reporting, and relationship visibility.
