TeeOff Technologies builds CPaaS and AI-powered communication products. Our platform handles millions of voice calls, IVR interactions, and automated workflows daily. We need someone who keeps it all running, makes it better, and automates the pain away.
This isn’t traditional “reset the password” tech support. You’re the bridge between engineering and operations. You automate everything that shouldn’t be manual, analyze data to find what’s broken before it breaks, manage deployments through Jenkins, and troubleshoot SIP/RTP call infrastructure when calls don’t connect or sound like garbage. If you’ve worked in telecom/VoIP ops and can write a Python script in your sleep — we want to talk.
- Write automation scripts (Python, Bash) — log processing, health checks, report generation, alert management, self-healing systems
- Analyze CDRs, system logs, and platform metrics — find trends, catch anomalies, build dashboards that matter
- Manage Jenkins pipelines — production deployments, rollbacks, environment configs, release management
- Troubleshoot SIP/RTP issues — registration failures, call quality problems, codec mismatches, NAT traversal, RTP stream analysis (Wireshark, sngrep, Homer)
- Provide L2/L3 production support — incident response, root cause analysis, and actually fixing the root cause (not just restarting services)
- Set up monitoring — Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch — with alerts that are useful, not noisy
- Document everything — runbooks, escalation procedures, knowledge base — so the team doesn’t depend on tribal knowledge
- 4–5 years in tech support, DevOps, or operations engineering — real production experience
- Scripting: Python + Bash — you automate first, do manually never. Cron jobs, data pipelines, operational tooling
- Data Analysis: SQL, log parsing, data aggregation. Comfortable with pandas, Metabase, Grafana, or advanced spreadsheets
- Jenkins & CI/CD: Jenkinsfile, pipelines, plugins, deployment strategies (blue-green, canary, rolling). You’ve managed real deployments
- SIP/RTP: You understand INVITE/BYE/REGISTER flows, RTP/SRTP media, codec negotiation (G.711, G.729, Opus), call routing, IVR systems. Experience with Asterisk or FreeSWITCH is a big plus
- Linux: Strong sysadmin skills — systemd, networking, firewall, disk management, performance troubleshooting (CentOS/Ubuntu)
- Monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Nagios, or CloudWatch — you’ve built dashboards and set up meaningful alerts
- Docker + Kubernetes — containerized deployments, pod management, scaling
- Infrastructure as Code — Ansible, Terraform for reproducible environments
- AI/ML ops — model deployment, inference pipeline management, GPU orchestration
- WebRTC and real-time streaming infrastructure
- Homer SIP Capture — VoIP-specific monitoring and troubleshooting at scale
- AWS services — EC2, S3, RDS, SQS, CloudWatch, Lambda for operational automation
- Observability platforms — OpenTelemetry, Datadog, New Relic for end-to-end tracing
