Role Description The Senior Presales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Trivandrum. This role involves engaging with prospective clients to understand business requirements, conducting product demonstrations, and mapping Ospyn’s solutions to customer needs. The Senior Presales Executive will prepare and deliver proposals and presentations, support RFP responses, and collaborate closely with the sales and product teams to design tailored solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include qualifying leads, building strong client relationships, providing presales technical and functional support, and contributing to sales strategies and deal closures. The role also includes maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Ospyn’s offerings, market trends, and competitive landscape to effectively position the company’s solutions.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Sales and Lead Generation skills to qualify opportunities, drive pipeline growth, and support revenue objectives.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to conduct presentations, manage client interactions, and maintain long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess experience in RFP processes, including gathering requirements, creating detailed responses, and collaborating with internal teams.
- Candidates should possess a solid understanding of enterprise software, document management, or workflow automation solutions.
- Candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate customer needs into effective solution designs.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in preparing proposals, demo scripts, and presales documentation.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, information technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in presales or solution consulting in BFSI, government, or enterprise sectors will be an advantage.
