Role Description

Sargnexus Private Limited is seeking a motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team on a full-time remote basis. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and promoting the company's technology products and services.

The role involves conducting market research, preparing sales strategies, presenting solutions to prospective clients, following up on leads, negotiating with customers, and closing business deals. The candidate will also collaborate with the technical and creative teams to develop marketing campaigns, promotional content, and client proposals.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate qualified business leads.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Present company services and software solutions to prospective clients.
- Follow up with clients and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations.
- Coordinate with technical and design teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular progress reports.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of Sales, Marketing, and Business Development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms is an advantage.
- Comfortable learning about software development, AI solutions, websites, mobile applications, and digital products.
- Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.

- Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (IST)
