Job Description

- Compansation: INR 2.5–5 LPA
We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in scaling D2C and e-commerce brands through paid marketing. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Meta Ads, customer acquisition, revenue growth, and performance optimization.
You will be responsible for owning end-to-end paid acquisition strategies while working closely with creative, design, and web teams to maximize campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize revenue-focused Meta advertising campaigns.
- Develop full-funnel acquisition strategies including prospecting, retargeting, and retention.
- Improve key performance metrics such as ROAS, CAC, AOV, and LTV.
- Execute advanced audience targeting strategies including lookalikes, interest targeting, broad audiences, and remarketing.
- Test creatives, messaging, and campaign structures to improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with creative teams to build high-performing ad creatives.
- Manage product catalogs, Dynamic Product Ads (DPA), and shopping campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify scaling opportunities.
- Work with website and UX teams to improve landing page and checkout conversions.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently.
- Set up and maintain tracking using Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and GA4.
- 3–6 years of hands-on experience in D2C or e-commerce performance marketing.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads with proven success in driving profitable revenue growth.
- Experience managing high-budget advertising campaigns.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics including ROAS, CAC, AOV, LTV, and contribution margin.
- Experience working with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Good understanding of customer acquisition funnels and lifecycle marketing.
- Working knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max) is preferred.
- Proficiency in GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Shopify Analytics, and related reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
- Knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and A/B testing.
- Experience with retention marketing using Email, WhatsApp, or SMS.
- Understanding of post-iOS 14 attribution models, blended ROAS, and MER.
- Experience with influencer and UGC-led performance campaigns.
