Job Title: E-Commerce Lead Location: Faridabad (On-site) Type: Full-Time

About the Role

Own and scale our digital sales ecosystem across D2C and marketplaces for two new-age consumer brands — a premium petcare brand and a clinical skincare brand — backed by a 40+ year pharmaceutical company.

High-ownership role with direct P&L responsibility. You build, you measure, you grow.

What You'll Own

D2C & Website

  • Shopify website — performance, conversion, UX and content
  • Funnel metrics — traffic, add-to-cart, checkout conversion, cart recovery
  • Tracking setup — GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, Shopify analytics

Marketplaces

  • Amazon & Flipkart — listings, visibility, pricing, promotions, BSR
  • Marketplace agency management — own the brief, review performance, hold them accountable
  • AMS / sponsored ads strategy and optimisation

Growth & Reporting

  • Own revenue targets across all digital channels
  • Weekly and monthly dashboards — revenue, ROAS, CAC, CVR, AOV
  • Identify growth opportunities and act fast

CRM & Retention

  • Build repeat purchase behaviour via email, WhatsApp and CRM tools
  • Convert new customers into loyal, returning buyers

Who We're Looking For

  • 4–7 years in e-commerce, D2C or digital sales
  • Hands-on with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub
  • Comfortable owning channel P&L and revenue targets
  • Strong on marketplace mechanics — AMS, BSR, deals, promotions
  • Analytical, commercially minded, fast-moving
  • Experience in beauty, wellness, FMCG, healthcare or petcare preferred

Good to Have

  • Launched a brand on Amazon / Flipkart from scratch
  • Familiarity with quick commerce — Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart
  • CRM exposure — Klaviyo, WebEngage or similar
  • Basic understanding of Meta / Google performance marketing
