We are looking for a dynamic and data-driven E-commerce Manager to drive the growth of TWM across our website and online marketplaces. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end e-commerce operations, optimizing the customer journey, and maximizing online sales through strategic planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the end-to-end e-commerce operations for the TWM website and online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
- Develop and execute strategies to drive online sales, improve conversion rates, and increase customer acquisition and retention.
- Manage product listings, catalog optimization, pricing, promotions, inventory coordination, and merchandising across all online sales channels.
- Ensure accurate product information, images, descriptions, specifications, and content are maintained across all digital platforms.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, and other relevant platforms to maximize traffic, conversions, and revenue.
- Monitor advertising budgets, ROAS, CAC, CTR, and other campaign performance metrics, implementing data-driven optimizations to improve results.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital campaigns, seasonal promotions, product launches, and brand awareness initiatives.
- Monitor website performance, user experience, checkout funnel, and conversion metrics to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Analyze website traffic, sales performance, customer behavior, campaign effectiveness, and marketplace insights using analytics tools, providing actionable recommendations.
- Coordinate with product, operations, logistics, customer support, and technology teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and exceptional customer experience.
- Monitor customer reviews, ratings, and feedback across all platforms, ensuring prompt issue resolution and continuous improvement in brand reputation.
- Track competitor activities, pricing strategies, customer trends, and market opportunities to drive business growth.
- Prepare regular MIS reports and dashboards on sales, revenue, marketing performance, inventory, and key business KPIs.
- Drive continuous website optimization through A/B testing, merchandising improvements, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Identify opportunities to expand TWM's presence across new marketplaces and online sales channels.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between product launches, inventory planning, marketing initiatives, and business objectives.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of D2C e-commerce operations and online marketplace management.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Experience managing Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and other marketplace portals.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, and performance marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Merchant Center, Meta Commerce Manager, and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and customer journey optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make business decisions.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities with attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in e-commerce management, preferably in consumer electronics, IoT, technology, or D2C brands.
- Proven experience managing online marketplaces, D2C websites, and digital sales channels.
- Hands-on experience running and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, and marketplace advertising platforms.
- Experience working with Quick Commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket, or similar platforms will be an added advantage.
