Role Description The Ecommerce & Digital Product Manager is a full-time role, responsible for leading the digital product and D2C online sales experience for &Circus. This role oversees the end-to-end e-commerce journey, including managing the website and product catalog, optimizing user experience, and coordinating product launches and campaigns. The manager will analyze performance data, track customer behaviour, and implement strategies to improve conversion, retention, and average order value. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with design, marketing, operations, and customer support teams to ensure accurate product details and imagery, timely content updates, smooth checkout flows, and consistent brand messaging. The role also involves defining digital product roadmaps, prioritizing features, managing timelines, and ensuring that ecommerce initiatives align with business goals and the brand’s inclusive, sustainable vision.


Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Robust Analytical Skills to interpret e-commerce metrics, customer data, and market trends, and to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proven Product Management experience in digital or e-commerce environments, including managing product roadmaps, feature prioritization, and user experience improvements.
  • Project Management capabilities to plan, coordinate, and deliver cross-functional initiatives on time and within scope.
  • Experience in Digital Strategy, including developing and executing online growth plans, optimizing the customer journey, and working with digital marketing teams.
  • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (such as Shopify), basic understanding of UX/UI principles, and comfort working with technology teams.
  • Knowledge of D2C or apparel/innerwear retail is an advantage, along with a strong interest in body positivity, sustainability, and inclusive branding.
  • Basic proficiency of usage of AI tools including ChatGPT, Claude, NanoBanana.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
