Performance Marketing Executive (Meta & Google Ads)

Position: Performance Marketing Executive (Full-Time)
Location: Remote
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month (Based on Experience)

Comedigit is a results-driven digital marketing agency helping brands across Singapore, Malaysia, the USA, and India scale through performance marketing, SEO, social media, and creative campaigns. We're looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who can plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns to drive measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Advertising
Plan, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
Create and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping).
Build campaign structures, audiences, creatives, and conversion funnels.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets for maximum ROAS.
Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
Set up and troubleshoot Meta Pixel, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
Campaign Optimization
Analyze campaign performance using key metrics such as CPA, CPL, ROAS, CTR, and Conversion Rate.
Scale winning campaigns while reducing acquisition costs.
Identify growth opportunities through audience insights and competitor analysis.
Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
Strategy & Research
Research competitors and market trends.
Collaborate with designers and content teams for high-performing ad creatives.
Suggest new campaign ideas based on seasonal trends and customer behavior.
Stay updated with the latest advertising platform updates and best practices.
Requirements
1–3 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Strong understanding of performance marketing and conversion optimization.
Experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Search Console.
Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote environment.
Preferred Skills
Experience managing eCommerce campaigns (Shopify preferred).
Knowledge of Performance Max, Shopping Ads, and Remarketing.
Familiarity with Looker Studio for reporting.
Basic understanding of landing page optimization and CRO.
Experience working with international clients is a plus.
