About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive with 3–4 years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google platforms. The ideal candidate should be analytical, data-driven, and capable of planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on performance marketing campaigns that drive measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
  • Manage campaign objectives including Sales, Leads, Website Traffic, App Installs, and Brand Awareness.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize budgets, audiences, creatives, placements, and bidding strategies.
  • Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.
  • Track and improve key KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, Conversion Rate, and Revenue.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Coordinate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives and copy.
  • Implement A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
  • Ensure accurate tracking through Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics.
  • Identify growth opportunities and recommend new campaign strategies.
  • Stay updated with the latest platform updates, advertising policies, and industry trends.

Required Skills

  • 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
  • Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
  • Good understanding of campaign structure, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization.
  • Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and present meaningful insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with D2C/eCommerce brands.
  • Knowledge of Shopify and conversion tracking.
  • Experience with Looker Studio is an added advantage.
  • Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are preferred.
