About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive with 3–4 years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google platforms. The ideal candidate should be analytical, data-driven, and capable of planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on performance marketing campaigns that drive measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Manage campaign objectives including Sales, Leads, Website Traffic, App Installs, and Brand Awareness.
- Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize budgets, audiences, creatives, placements, and bidding strategies.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.
- Track and improve key KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, Conversion Rate, and Revenue.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel/Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives and copy.
- Implement A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
- Ensure accurate tracking through Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics.
- Identify growth opportunities and recommend new campaign strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest platform updates, advertising policies, and industry trends.
Required Skills
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Good understanding of campaign structure, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization.
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to analyze large datasets and present meaningful insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with D2C/eCommerce brands.
- Knowledge of Shopify and conversion tracking.
- Experience with Looker Studio is an added advantage.
- Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are preferred.
