Exploring the role

Drive the execution of people and culture programs across the Americas and Europe with increasing autonomy. This role focuses on operational excellence, strong stakeholder alignment, and delivering measurable business impact through scalable HR initiatives, data-driven insights, and disciplined program management

How Your Day Will Look Like/Job Responsibility

Program Execution & Coordination

  • Plan and manage HR initiatives including annual cycles, integrations, and system rollouts
  • Coordinate execution across Americas and Europe, ensuring alignment and timely delivery
  • Track milestones, manage dependencies, and proactively drive follow-ups

Stakeholder Management

  • Partner closely with HRBPs and business leaders to support execution
  • Provide structured updates, flag risks, and ensure accountability

Talent & Performance Systems

  • Support regional hiring activities by interfacing with HR, TA, and business leaders
  • Support performance management, compensation, and talent development processes
  • Contribute to building scalable and consistent people systems

Analytics & Decision Support

  • Develop and deliver HR analytics and reporting to support decision-making
  • Track key people metrics and identify actionable insights
  • Ad-hoc analysis or data insights projects as appropriate

AI Adoption & Process Innovation

  • Accelerate adoption of AI tools within HR workflows
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, communication, and scalability

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify process gaps and implement improvements
  • Contribute to documentation, playbooks, and knowledge sharing

Education & Work Experience

  • 5-7+ years of relevant experience in HR programs, operations, or people strategy execution
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable outcomes
  • Strong analytical and program management capabilities
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree is a plus
  • Proficiency in HR tools, data analysis, and modern workplace technologies
  • Cross-globe work experience
