We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Marketing Specialist for a full-time hybrid role in the Greater Bengaluru Area, with flexibility for partial remote work. This position involves designing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, tracking campaign performance, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and aligning marketing efforts with business objectives. The Senior Marketing Specialist will also analyze market trends, perform competitive analysis, and develop initiatives to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

• Strong communication skills to articulate ideas effectively, write compelling content, and engage stakeholders.
• Experience in conducting market research, analyzing data, and identifying trends to inform decision-making.
• Proficiency in sales, customer relationship management, and driving customer satisfaction to support revenue growth.
• Expertise in developing and implementing marketing strategies to achieve measurable results and support corporate goals.
• Ability to adapt marketing approaches to cater to hybrid work environments and diverse cultural contexts.
• Familiarity with digital marketing, campaign management tools, and performance analytics is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
