We help businesses find, understand, and convert the right buyers — combining a curated global contact database with AI-powered personality and buyer intelligence. We've crossed $1M ARR, serve 150+ customers across 32+ countries, and are headquartered in Bengaluru.
The Role
We're hiring a Senior Marketing Manager (Demand & Product) to own Zintlr's marketing engine end-to-end during our scale-up phase. This is a senior, hands-on, builder-flavoured role with the scope and trust of a marketing leader — until we bring in a dedicated Head of Marketing in the next 9–18 months.
You will own demand generation, HubSpot/CRM operations, lifecycle email, SEO and LLM-search visibility, paid acquisition, landing page CRO, events, and product positioning + sales enablement. You'll work directly with the founders and Sales lead, and you'll have a small creative team (designer + content) reporting to you from day one.
What You'll Own
Demand gen P&L: LinkedIn ads, Google ads, cold email, retargeting, webinars. ROI-driven, dashboarded, scaling monthly.
CRM & lifecycle: Architect HubSpot. Build automation that moves users from sign-up → activated → customer.
SEO + AI search: Organic traffic, landing page CRO, and visibility in LLM-based search (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini).
Sales enablement: Refreshed positioning, battlecards, pitch deck, case studies, ICP documentation. Make Sales' job easier.
Events & field ops: Trade show strategy, booth experience, lead capture, follow-up.
AI orchestration: Build production AI workflows that multiply your team's output. Not "use ChatGPT for copy" — build agents and automations that ship.
What We're Looking For
Mandatory:
- 5–8 years total marketing experience, with ≥3 years in B2B SaaS
- Has personally owned a demand gen number (channel ROI, CPA, pipeline contribution)
- Has shipped HubSpot or equivalent (Marketo, Pardot, Customer.io) workflows in production — not "managed a team that did it"
- Has launched a product or feature with positioning + messaging owned end-to-end
- AI-first operator: can demonstrate ≥3 production AI workflows you've personally built in the last 90 days
Strongly preferred:
- B2B SaaS targeting Indian buyers OR global enterprise — direct experience with our ICP shape
- Sales intelligence, sales enablement, RevTech, or adjacent category exposure
- Experience at a 30–200 person company at $1M–$10M ARR
- Has hired and managed marketing direct reports
- Strong mathematical reasoning — comfortable working backwards from a target to a channel-by-channel plan
What We Don't Filter On
We don't filter on FAANG/unicorn logos, formal degrees, or English fluency. We filter on clarity of thought, demonstrated impact, and AI-first operating style.
Compensation
Competitive pay — fixed, variable tied to demand gen KPIs, and meaningful ESOPs. We benchmark to market for senior marketing leaders and stretch for exceptional candidates. The package is constructed per candidate, not advertised.
Pace and Work Model
Pace: Most weeks at Zintlr are normal-paced. Some weeks are intense — we're scaling fast. If you need predictable 9-to-5 hours to perform, this role is not the right fit.
Location: This is an in-office role based in Bengaluru.
We tell candidates this before offer, not after. We'd rather you self-select out now than be unhappy in month 3.
