Role Description The Senior Manager PSU Sales will lead and grow sales for public sector undertakings (PSUs), focusing on promoting Stellar’s data care solutions to government and large institutional clients. This full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram involves developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new PSU business opportunities, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth through consultative solution selling. The role includes coordinating with internal teams such as product, marketing, and service delivery to create tailored proposals, respond to tenders and RFPs, and ensure timely closure of deals. The Senior Manager will maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, track market trends, prepare sales forecasts and reports, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and public sector requirements. Regular customer meetings, presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups will be essential components of the day-to-day responsibilities.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in enterprise or PSU/Government sales, including managing large accounts and complex sales cycles.
- Strong skills in business development, relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to understand and articulate technology solutions, preferably in data recovery, data security, IT infrastructure, or related domains.
- Proficiency in sales planning, pipeline management, forecasting, and use of CRM tools.
- Knowledge of PSU procurement processes, tendering, RFP/RFQ procedures, and contract management is highly beneficial.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver impactful presentations and proposals.
- Proven leadership capabilities, including mentoring sales teams and collaborating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
