The Role
We are looking for a powerhouse Senior Manager Business Development - Influencer Marketing who lives and breathes the creator economy. You will be responsible for driving the agency’s growth by identifying high-potential brand partners, pitching innovative influencer strategies, and closing high-value deals. This isn't just a sales role; you are a strategic consultant who understands how to leverage influence to solve business problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Generation & Strategy: Own the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing. Aim for high-ticket accounts and long-term brand partnerships.
- Strategic Pitching: Collaborate with the creative and planning teams to build data-backed, "out-of-the-box" pitch decks that go beyond simple shoutouts to include social commerce, brand activations, and AI-led content.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain deep relationships with Marketing Heads, Brand Managers, and CMOs of leading D2C and legacy brands.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of the curve on social media trends (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) and competitor moves to position Socio Impulse as the premier agency partner.
- Pipeline Management: Use CRM tools to track leads, forecast revenue, and ensure a healthy pipeline to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Campaign Management team to ensure that the vision sold to the client is executed flawlessly and delivers the promised ROI.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in Business Development or Account Management, specifically within Influencer Marketing, Digital Agencies, or Media Sales.
- Network: A strong, existing network of brand contacts and marketing decision-makers.
- Communication: Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills. You should be able to command a room and articulate complex strategies simply.
- Negotiation: Proven track record of managing annual targets worth 6Cr+.
- Growth Mindset: A "hunter" mentality with a passion for the creator economy and a pulse on what makes content go viral.
