Role Description The Lead Sales Representative is a full-time, hybrid role based in Noida, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role is responsible for driving new business, managing the sales cycle end-to-end, and expanding NeuralFactoryAI’s presence across target industries and territories. Day-to-day activities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting product demos and technical discussions with prospective clients, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. The Lead Sales Representative will collaborate closely with technical, product, and implementation teams to understand AI solutions, tailor value propositions, and ensure a smooth handover from sales to delivery. The role also involves maintaining CRM records, forecasting revenue, nurturing long-term client relationships, and providing feedback from the field to inform product and go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, account management, or business development, ideally in industrial automation, SaaS, manufacturing tech, or related domains.
  • Strong skills in lead generation, opportunity qualification, pipeline management, and deal closure, with experience using CRM tools.
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical solutions, including AI, PLC/SCADA/DCS integration, and industrial processes, to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships and influence decision-makers.
  • Analytical and commercially focused mindset, capable of structuring ROI/value propositions and aligning solutions with client business goals.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment, with self-directed work habits, resilience, and a collaborative approach across cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent commercial qualification is a plus.
  • Experience selling into sectors such as defense, FMCG, coal, or other manufacturing industries is highly beneficial.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, demos, and industry events.
