About the Job

Role Summary:


The Marketing - Manager will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies to strengthen the Nucore brand, generate qualified leads, and support revenue growth. The role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creativity, and strong execution capabilities across digital, content, product, and campaign marketing.

Key Responsibilities:


Marketing Strategy & Planning-

  • Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Define positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for products and services.
  • Identify target segments, customer personas, and growth opportunities.


Demand Generation & Digital Marketing-

  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across digital, email, social media, SEO, SEM, and events.
  • Drive lead generation and pipeline creation in partnership with sales teams.
  • Optimize campaign performance using analytics and marketing automation tools.


Brand & Content Marketing-

  • Strengthen Nucore's brand presence across digital platforms.
  • Create and oversee high-quality content including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, brochures, presentations, and website content.
  • Manage social media presence and thought leadership initiatives.


Product Marketing-

  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand product capabilities and customer value propositions.
  • Develop product positioning, competitive analysis, and sales enablement materials.
  • Support product launches and feature announcements.


Customer & Market Insights-

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Gather customer insights and translate them into marketing strategies.
  • Monitor industry developments and competitor activities.


Performance Measurement-

  • Track and report key marketing metrics including leads, conversions, CAC, ROI, website traffic, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Continuously improve marketing programs based on data and feedback.


Stakeholder Management-

  • Work closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with business priorities.
  • Manage external agencies, partners, and vendors as required.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in software, SaaS, or technology companies.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, content marketing, SEO, and demand generation.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA in Marketing or related discipline.
  • Experience in SaaS, AI, ERP, CRM, HRMS, or enterprise software products.
  • Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience managing teams and cross-functional initiatives.


Success Metrics:

  • Growth in marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) and sales pipeline.
  • Improvement in website traffic and digital engagement.
  • Increased brand awareness and share of voice.
  • Campaign ROI and customer acquisition efficiency.
  • Successful execution of product launches and GTM initiatives.
