Position

Senior Manager / AGM / DGM – HR & Administration

📍 Location: Project Sites (PAN India)

Key Responsibilities

✔ Lead end-to-end HR operations across project sites.

✔ Manage payroll, attendance, leave, employee lifecycle, and HR MIS.

✔ Ensure compliance with labour laws, including EPF, ESIC, CLRA, BOCW, Gratuity, Bonus, Minimum Wages, and other statutory requirements.

✔ Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and governance practices.

✔ Oversee contractor workforce management and statutory compliance.

✔ Manage employee insurance programs, including Group Medical, GPA, GTL, and Workmen Compensation (WC).

✔ Coordinate engineering insurance portfolios, including CAR, EAR and other project insurance policies, along with renewals, endorsements, and claims.

✔ Liaise with insurance companies, brokers, surveyors, project teams, and statutory authorities.

✔ Drive employee engagement, grievance handling, disciplinary processes, and performance management.

✔ Support internal, client, and statutory audits while ensuring HR and compliance excellence.

Preferred Candidate

• 12–18 years of relevant experience.
• Background in EPC, Infrastructure, Construction, Engineering, Manufacturing, Power, or Renewable Energy.
• Strong expertise in HR Operations, Payroll, Labour Compliance, Administration, Contractor Management, and Engineering Insurance.
• Proven ability to manage HR across multiple project locations.
