Role Description The Senior HR Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in GOA, responsible for driving core human resources functions and supporting a high-growth, tech-led environment. This role includes managing end-to-end HR operations such as recruitment support, onboarding, HR documentation, and payroll coordination, while ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling employee relations, resolving workplace concerns, supporting performance management cycles, and promoting a positive, inclusive work culture. The Senior HR Executive will maintain and update HR policies, oversee HR data and reporting, and collaborate with leadership to design and implement HR initiatives that support organizational growth. The role also involves coordinating training and development activities, supporting engagement programs, and acting as a trusted point of contact for team members and managers.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience overseeing end-to-end HR functions.
- Candidates should possess HR Operations skills, including handling HR documentation, payroll coordination, HRIS tools, and compliance processes.
- Candidates should possess Employee Relations skills, with the ability to address grievances, support conflict resolution, and foster an inclusive work environment.
- Candidates should possess HR Policies expertise, including developing, implementing, and updating HR policies in line with legal requirements and company standards.
- Relevant skills such as performance management, talent acquisition support, and training and development coordination are beneficial.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications in HR are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a senior or lead HR role, preferably within fintech, financial services, or technology-driven companies.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
- Manage employee records, attendance, leave, and HRMS.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and maintain HR MIS reports.
- Drive employee engagement and resolve employee queries.
- Support performance management and confirmation processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESIC, PT, and company policies.
- Manage exit formalities, full & final settlement, and documentation.
- Conduct HR induction, training coordination, and HR administrative activities.
