Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Salary/Budget: Up to ₹50,000 per month


Job Summary

Jeena Sikho Lifecare Ltd. is looking for an experienced and proactive Senior HR Executive to manage employee relations, grievance handling, HR operations, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, be capable of resolving employee concerns, and ensure smooth HR processes while maintaining a positive work environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle employee queries and provide timely resolutions.
  • Manage employee grievances and ensure proper closure through HR policies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters.
  • Conduct employee counselling, conflict resolution, and disciplinary discussions when required.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, confirmation, and exit formalities.
  • Ensure implementation of HR policies and company procedures.
  • Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR MIS reports.
  • Coordinate with department heads regarding employee concerns and workforce planning.
  • Conduct employee engagement activities, feedback sessions, and HR initiatives.
  • Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and analytics using MS Excel.
  • Support performance management, probation reviews, and employee retention initiatives.
  • Draft HR communications, notices, and official emails.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
  • Assist in HR audits and ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws.


Qualifications

  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be preferred.


Experience

  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in HR Operations and Employee Relations.
