Job Description

IT Recruitment Lead to drive end-to-end talent acquisition for technology roles. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in managing high-volume hiring, leading recruitment teams, and partnering with business stakeholders to deliver best-in-class hiring outcomes across India.

Key Requirements

Minimum 12+ years of experience in HRO services or talent acquisition, with at least 5+ years in a team management role.

Proven track record in managing high-volume IT and corporate hiring across India.

Strong client and stakeholder management skills, with experience handling escalations.

Experience In Fast-paced, High-growth, Or Technology-driven Environments Is Preferred.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and drive decisions.
