Manav Rachna International School, Ludhiana is looking for passionate and experienced academic leaders to join our team for the following positions:

Coordinator – Middle Wing (Grades VI–VIII)

Coordinator – Senior Wing (Grades IX–XII)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead curriculum planning and effective implementation.
• Mentor and support educators through classroom observations and regular feedback.
• Monitor learner progress, discipline, and overall well-being.
• Oversee assessments, examinations, academic planning, and documentation.
• Build strong partnerships with parents and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Drive innovation in teaching and learning while ensuring academic excellence and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with school policies and board guidelines.

Eligibility:

• Master's Degree with B.Ed. (Mandatory)
• 8–10 years of teaching experience with at least 3 years in an academic leadership role.
• Strong instructional leadership, communication, planning, and team management skills.
• Experience in CBSE schools will be preferred.
