Role Description The Senior Interior Designer will lead end-to-end interior design projects, from concept development and space planning to detailed design and execution. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhavnagar and Gurugram, requiring close collaboration with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing design concepts, preparing mood boards, selecting materials and finishes, and overseeing FF&E specifications. The role involves producing and reviewing construction drawings, coordinating with architecture and engineering teams, and conducting regular site visits to ensure design intent and quality standards are met. The Senior Interior Designer will also mentor junior designers, manage project timelines and budgets, and present design solutions to stakeholders.
Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Interior Design and Space Planning, with the ability to create functional, aesthetically compelling layouts.
• Solid understanding of Architecture principles and integration of interior design with architectural elements.
• Experience creating and reviewing detailed Construction Drawings for interior projects.
• Expertise in FF&E selection, including furniture, fixtures, equipment, finishes, and material palettes.
• Advanced skills in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar), and presentation tools.
• Proven experience managing high-end residential or luxury interior projects from concept to completion.
• Strong project management, communication, and client-facing skills, with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work on-site in Bhavnagar on a full-time basis.
