Role Description The Senior Interior Designer will lead end-to-end design projects, from concept development to final execution, ensuring that spaces are functional, aesthetically aligned with client expectations, and consistent with Home Square’s brand standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with clients to understand requirements, developing design concepts and mood boards, preparing detailed layouts and construction drawings, and selecting appropriate materials, finishes, tiles, and bathware from Home Square’s product range. The role involves coordinating with architects, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to manage timelines, budgets, and quality standards, as well as conducting site visits to oversee implementation and resolve design challenges. The Senior Interior Designer will mentor junior team members, contribute to design guidelines, and support showroom presentations and visual merchandising when needed. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Interior Design and Space Planning skills to create functional, aesthetically cohesive layouts.
• Candidates should possess Architecture and Construction Drawings skills to develop detailed plans and coordinate effectively with project teams.
• Candidates should possess FF&E skills to select and specify furniture, fixtures, equipment, finishes, tiles, and bathware aligned with design concepts.
• Professional degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in residential and/or commercial interior projects, preferably in tiles, bathware, or related product environments.
• Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and presentation tools.
• Strong project management, time management, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Noida, conduct regular site visits, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Portfolio demonstrating completed interior design
