Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Executive located in Roorkee. The Senior HR Executive will be responsible for planning and executing HR strategies that align with organizational goals, overseeing recruitment processes, facilitating employee training and development programs, creating and updating HR policies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Additional responsibilities include managing payroll, employee relations, performance evaluations, and fostering an inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning
  • Strong skills in Employee Relations, Payroll Management, and Compliance with labor laws
  • Ability to design and implement Training and Development programs
  • Experience in Performance Management and Developing HR Policies
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle confidential information
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, with a preference for those with expertise in the manufacturing or healthcare sector
