🚨 We Are Hiring | Senior Executive: Human Resources & Organizational Development
📍 Location: Lucknow
💼 Experience: 3–5 Years
🎓 Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR Preferred
About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, analytical and process oriented HR professional, seeking a stable, long term career opportunity, with the potential to grow into future HR leadership roles.
The ideal candidate should enjoy creating order, improving systems, working with accuracy and taking ownership of responsibilities with integrity, maturity and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle processes.
* Handle attendance, leave, employee records and HR documentation.
* Prepare and verify monthly incentive calculations and coordinate payroll inputs.
* Ensure statutory HR compliance and coordinate labour matters with the company’s Labour Advocate.
* Support disciplinary proceedings, employee grievances and performance management.
* Develop and improve HR policies, SOPs, workflows and internal controls.
* Prepare HR MIS, dashboards and management reports.
* Continuously identify opportunities to improve HR processes, transparency and organizational efficiency.
