Job Title: Senior HR Executive

Location: Mumbai

Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive and people-centric Senior HR Executive (HR Generalist) who will manage HR Operations and end-to-end Recruitment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys handling the complete employee lifecycle while partnering closely with business teams to support growth and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (50%)

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollouts, and onboarding support.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring timelines.
  • Create and post job descriptions on job portals, social media platforms, and internal channels.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring status updates.

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle (50%)

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain employee records, HR systems, attendance, and leave data.
  • Prepare and issue all HR documentation and letters.
  • Coordinate with payroll for salary processing and benefits administration.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
  • Support HR policy implementation, audits, and compliance documentation.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee HR queries and engagement activities.
  • Prepare HR MIS reports, dashboards, and maintain accurate HR trackers.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in HR Operations and Recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of core HR functions and recruitment processes.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and HR systems/HRIS.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred

Prior experience with Startup / Advertising / Product-based company is a plus.
