Role Overview

Responsible for managing end-to-end Invoice-to-Cash and Finance Operations, including billing, collections, dispute management, cash application, and financial reporting. The role focuses on team leadership, client management, process improvements, and ensuring GAAP/ASC 606 compliance while driving revenue growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Invoice-to-Cash operations covering invoicing, collections, disputes, and cash application.
Ensure timely revenue recognition, month-end close, and accurate financial reporting as per GAAP/ASC 606.
Manage and develop teams; handle performance reviews and capacity optimization.
Drive collections efficiency, reduce DSO and aging, and manage large billing portfolios.
Perform variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial insights for leadership.
Act as key escalation point for clients and stakeholders; ensure SLA compliance.
Implement process improvements, automation initiatives, and cost optimization.
Prepare and present KPIs, dashboards, and management reports.
