Your Role

As an Associate Director at StayVista, we are looking for a strategic operations leader to drive multi-city execution, profitability, systems excellence, and scalable growth across our villa portfolio. This role blends , operational leadership, revenue strategy, vendor ecosystem management, and performance analytics — ideal for someone who has scaled hospitality businesses and built structured operating frameworks.

About You

    • Operations Leadership: Managed hospitality and real estate functions including guest & home owner services, housekeeping, Food & Beverages, concierge, property upkeep, vendor coordination, and local partnerships.
    • Luxury Villa Business Oversight: Handled end-to-end operations – property onboarding, service delivery, events, procurement, audits, and revenue optimization across locations.
    • Revenue Strategy: Developed and executed service revenue plans, driving 50 to 100% MoM growth, aligned with Sales & Marketing initiatives.
    • Vendor & Procurement: Developed a nationwide vendor network and efficient procurement system to control direct costs and optimize inventory.
    • Data-Driven management: Devised dashboards and KPIs to monitor performance, guest satisfaction, control costs & inventory, and process effectiveness for better decision-making.
    • Budgeting, forecasting, OPEX/CAPEX, cost controlling, and contingency planning for financial stability.
    • Villa Maintenance Profit Centre: Built a profitable villa maintenance unit with SOPs, pricing models, and preventive/corrective systems to enhance homeowner satisfaction.
    • Team Leadership: Spearheaded large, multi-city teams by building structured training programs, scalable systems, and strong leadership frameworks, consistently driving high NPS and service excellence.
    • SOPs & Training: Implemented training modules and SOPs
    • Compliance & Safety: Ensured adherence to all legal, health, and safety standards across operations.
    • This position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management, as determined by organizational needs
