Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Accountant located in Chandigarh, India.

The Senior Accountant will be responsible for handling client accounts and ensuring timely compliance with taxation and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing client accounting and finalization of books
• Handling GST returns and reconciliations
• Managing TDS compliance and returns
• Processing payroll, PF, and ESI compliance
• Assisting in Income Tax return preparation and compliance
• Coordinating with clients for financial and compliance matters

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in Accounting, GST, TDS, and Payroll
• Experience in CA Firm preferred
• Strong knowledge of Tally, Excel, and compliance procedures
• Ability to handle multiple clients independently

The Senior Accountant will oversee financial reporting, analyze financial data, maintain accurate financial records, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with regulations and company policies. The role requires preparing tax returns, supervising junior accountants, and assisting with audits to maintain the company's financial health. Collaboration with other departments and stakeholders will also be an essential responsibility.

Qualifications

• B.Com
• M.Com
• BBA / MBA (Finance)
• CA Inter (Pursuing / Qualified)
• CA Dropouts
• 📌 Candidates with CA Firm experience will be preferred, especially for the Senior Accountant position.
