Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Bengaluru area for a Senior Food and Beverage Manager. The Senior Food and Beverage Manager will oversee the front of house food and beverage operations, ensure exceptional customer service, manage daily restaurant and catering services, and develop training programs for staff. Additional responsibilities include budget management, inventory control, and ensuring that all operations comply with health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will be key to creating memorable dining experiences for club members and guests while optimizing business efficiency.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a Senior Food Service and Food & Beverage management position with a minimum of 5 years in experience in leadership skills.
  • Strong skills in Customer Service and team-building to enhance guest experiences
  • Ability to deliver effective staff Training and foster continuous professional growth
  • Experience in budgeting and financial planning to optimize profitability
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of health and safety standards in the food and beverage industry
  • Previous management experience within high-end dining or hospitality environments is a must.
  • Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
