Senior Executive- Research & Development

Role Purpose-

-Responsible to contribute in machine manufacturing, installation and commissioning of machines, implementation and improvement in industrial processes to bring efficiency, reduce cost, improve sustainability to maximize profitability under the guidance of Section Head/Head.

Roles & Responsibilities-

1. Ensuring machine fabrication & development as per dwg & within timeline with lowest cost from supplier,
2. Ensuring workshop testing, product development in coordination with process team,
3. Installation of machine as per sign-off equipment/plant layout. Accuracy check sheet verification during machine installation,
4. Commissioning of machine inline with PT/Production team,
5. Updating machine feedback sheet observed during machine installation & sharing report,
6. Closure of Keshikomi points of machine,
7. To implement past machine feedbacks, MPI's in new design,
8. To update project documents as per EPDM document check list in project folder in EPDM,
9. To coordinate with the customers and identify / prepare process/equipment gaps & implement solutions,
10. Promote Safety guidelines for manpower and monitor safety requirements in workshop during machine test & trial to reduce accidents/Damage/Loss,
11. Maintain and take measures for maintaining 5S to enable proper working conditions.

Desired Industry/Functional Exposure-

Drawings knowledge, GD&T, CAD, AutoCAD, Manufacturing Processes, FMEA, Cp, Cpk, Process improvement, Equipment Manufacturing, Installation & Commissioning, Troubleshooting, Analytical thinker with interpersonal skills.

Role Requirement-

-2-4 years of total experience

-B. Tech in Mechanical/Industrial Engg/ Production/Manufacturing Engg. With above 70% in X, XII and B. Tech
