Oversee daily operations to ensure exceptional customer service within Making Fine Group.
Manage and train front-of-house staff in our renowned Food & Beverages industry setting.
Monitor inventory, order supplies, and handle vendor relations.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Maintain a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business management, or related field.
Experience Level: At least 1 to 3 years of experience in restaurant supervision or management.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in restaurant management and inventory management; strong leadership skills; ability to work as a team player; excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Responsibilities and Duties: Overseeing daily operations; managing staff schedules; ensuring customer satisfaction; maintaining inventory levels; enforcing health and safety regulations.
