Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)

Ventura Workforce Solutions (VWS), backed by Great Kapital, is looking for an experienced sales professional to join our Growth & Partnerships team.

If you have experience selling Employer of Record (EOR), Managed Payroll, Staffing, or Workforce Compliance solutions and enjoy building relationships with enterprise clients, we'd like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business acquisition through strategic outbound prospecting and relationship building.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and deal closure.
• Engage with CHROs, HR Heads, CFOs, and business leaders to understand workforce and compliance challenges.
• Position VWS's Employer of Record (EOR), payroll, and workforce compliance solutions based on client needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless client onboarding and service.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue targets.
• Preferred Experience
• 3–6 years of B2B sales experience.
• Experience selling Employer of Record (EOR), Managed Payroll, Staffing, HR Outsourcing, or Workforce Compliance solutions.
• Strong consultative selling, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with India's payroll and statutory compliance ecosystem will be an advantage.

Candidates with experience at organizations such as Deel, Multiplier, Wisemonk, TeamLease, Quess, Asanify, Remunance, or similar companies are encouraged to apply.
